REFUND POLICY

360 Booth Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at 360BoothUK.com.

- Our 360 Platforms are non-refundable unless the product is faulty and we are not able to repair or replace it.


- After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 10 working days.

- The money will be refunded to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

- For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

- If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

360 Events Refund Policy

- 360BoothUK is only going to issue a deposit refund if COVID restrictions won’t allow us to proceed or if we will be forced to cancel the booking.

- On the day of the event if we experience any unfixable internet or software issues we can offer a partial or full refund depending on circumstances (T&C*)
